Accommodations
Accommodations are subject to change as hotel space may no longer be available. Additional costs may be associated with upgraded room types.
Booking Forms
You’ll have to take a couple of minutes to fill out a simple Booking Form and an Information Form. Just e-mail the completed forms to us, along with a copy of the issuing page of your passport, and we will begin the process of securing space for you on the trip.
Final Payment
A 20% deposit will be taken by credit card and final balance is required by bank check or wire transfer within two business days.
Valid Passport
Is your passport valid for at least six months from your return date? If not, you will need to renew your passport immediately. You can do this for a fee at most US Post Offices. We will need a copy of the issuing page of your passport as soon as it is available.
Visa
Certain destinations require U.S. citizens to obtain a visa prior to entry. If you are traveling to Tanzania you will need a visa. Visas generally are valid for only 90 days from when they are issued. We recommend Passport Visa Express, a third party travel document company. Travel Insurance
We do recommend that all our guests purchase travel insurance, and we can confidently recommend Travel Insured.
Flights
Please do not book non-refundable flights before finalizing details with your trip planner. Contact us to discuss options for international flights.
