    Take a boat ride to the remote and exotic Gamez Island for a relaxed, no frills day of playing on gorgeous white-sand beaches and swimming in clear turquoise waters.

    Hike a Trail of Suspended Bridges in Boquete

    Find adventure and wildlife while hiking across suspended bridges in the highland jungles of Boquete, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    Ride a Jungle Aerial Tram

    See the rainforest from the top down on an easy, relaxing, and modest aerial tram ride that travels through the tree tops to a hill top for a magnificent view of the region below.

    Panama City

    Friends Across Borders Meeting

    Meet the Emberá community and learn their unique language and traditional dances, and enjoy a soccer match. Your kids will have an incredible time getting to know and play with the kids in the Emberá Village.

    Emberá Village

    Visit an Emberá village, learning about the importance of living by a river to their customs and daily life. Kids will especially love being “tattooed” with traditional jagua, a natural dye the Emberá use to adorn their bodies.

    Piragua Ride to Emberá

    Take a motorized dugout canoe, a “piragua,” through the rainforest of Chagres National Park near the Panama Canal, home to an abundance of tropical animals and plants.

    Chiriqui Highlands

    Gatún Lake Jungle Boat Adventure

    You’ll take a voyage across Gatún Lake in the Panama Canal, passing gigantic ships and observing plenty of wildlife on the way — iguanas, crocodiles, Geoffrey’s tamarins and howler and white-faced capuchin monkeys, to name a few!

    Miraflores Visitor Center

    Tour the Miraflores Visitor Center, offering three levels for visitors to observe the Panama Canal’s operation as the ships pass through the Locks. It’s the best place to take photos and learn about how incredible the canal system really is!

    Boquete Town Visit on your own

    Get a chance to tour the charming town of Boquete on the Caldera River, nestled in Panama’s cooler cloud forest and famous for its gorgeous rainbows!

    Zip-line Canopy Ride

    Enjoy the thrill of zip-lining through the trees—an adrenaline rush that’s nearly impossible for brave-hearted adventurers of all ages not to relish!

    Coffee Tasting Tour (Zip-line Alternative)

    Don’t feel like zip-lining? Instead tour the Kotowa Coffee Estate Rio Cristal and sample some of its sustainable, award-winning coffee!

    Boquete Tree Trek

    Explore the gorgeous views of the cloud forest on a series of trails interconnected by stationary and suspension bridges. All the bridges are made of galvanized steel and high-strength aluminum for utmost safety.

    Boca Chica

    Whitewater Rafting

    Experience the fun of whitewater rafting down a Class II or III river, giving you ample opportunities for adventure, tropical wildlife viewing and swimming!

    Gámez Island

    Enjoy a relaxing day on the unspoiled, white-sand beaches of the gorgeous uninhabited island of Gámez. A perfect place to enjoy a total lack of obligations!

    Picnic on a Secluded Beach

    After a demanding day of carefree lounging on a remote island paradise, you’ll unwind and eat a picnic lunch in this splendid setting.

    Farewell Dinner at Salsipuedes

    Enjoy a farewell dinner at Salsipuedes, one of Panama’s best restaurants, conveniently located in your hotel.

    Gamboa Rainforest Resort is located on the Chagres River and the Panama Canal. The hotel includes an aerial tram that goes all the way from the rain forest floor to the canopy, a business center, kayaks, tennis courts, jogging and cycling trails, laundry service, spa, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi in the lounge and lobby, in-room hair dryers and multiple restaurants.

    Hotel Panamonte
