Panama Multi-Sport Adventure

  • Overview
    Starts at

    9 days

    Activity Level

Active trips revolve around multi-sport activities that keep your family outside and having fun! Your family will spend more time interacting with the elements and exploring than sitting on a beach or inside of a museum. These activities are not always physically demanding but they can be and do require a basic level of fitness.

    8 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners

Take a family vacation to Panama where you can snap a photo of your kids zip-lining through a rainforest canopy one day and shoot an underwater movie of them snorkeling the next. It’s where you look for impish capuchin monkeys on hiking trails and surf in tropical blue ocean swells.

    Recommended Age: 8+

Friends Across Borders With the Emberá Tribe

Visit a local indigenous community to learn about their culture and lifestyle and watch as your kids make friends with the friendly kids of the Emberá.

Up Close Look at the Panama Canal

Get an up close look at this modern engineering marvel on a tour of the Miraflores Locks, an information center and three levels of viewing points to watch the ships as they pass through.

    Explore Tropical Bocas del Toro

Catch the surf and feel the waves at your back, put on some snorkel gear and search for glistening colorful fish in Coral Cay and Man-of-War Cay, and relax on Sea Star beach in this tropical paradise.

    Journey Through the Jungle Canopy

Explore the tops of the trees, where they meet the sky and fly from platform to platform on a fun and exhilarating zip-line expedition.

    Whitewater Rafting

Hop into a raft with your whole family and take on class II or III rapids on a blood-pumping adventure that is so much fun it’ll be impossible to forget.
